Page Group are delighted to be working in partnership with a market leading manufacturer within the FMCG / Chemical sector who are looking to appoint a new Customer Service Office Manager.
Description
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Direct management of Customer Account Managers and Internal Sales Coordinators 9fte
- Build strong working relationships with Key Customers through regular interactions
- Create and Implement KPI's & SLA's across the department
- Create meaningful data and reports around performance from the department
- Take ownership of any escalated customer issues
- Work collaboratively with various departments including sales, manufacturing and logistics to ensure a smooth flow of communications
- Review and change SOP's where required to improve the overall customer journey
- Provide regular training and development to the team
- Work with senior management team to drive company wide objectives
Profile
- Experience managing a similar CS team
- Manufacturing background
- Highly organised
- Ability to drive performance
- Strong stakeholder management skills
