Page Group are delighted to be working in partnership with a market leading manufacturer within the FMCG / Chemical sector who are looking to appoint a new Customer Service Office Manager.

This is a newly created opportunity that will support the long termbusiness growth


Description

Key Responsibilities Include:


  • Direct management of Customer Account Managers and Internal Sales Coordinators 9fte
  • Build strong working relationships with Key Customers through regular interactions
  • Create and Implement KPI's & SLA's across the department
  • Create meaningful data and reports around performance from the department
  • Take ownership of any escalated customer issues
  • Work collaboratively with various departments including sales, manufacturing and logistics to ensure a smooth flow of communications
  • Review and change SOP's where required to improve the overall customer journey
  • Provide regular training and development to the team
  • Work with senior management team to drive company wide objectives

Profile

  • Experience managing a similar CS team
  • Manufacturing background
  • Highly organised
  • Ability to drive performance
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
