    This role requires a proactive approach to identifying client needs, proposing tailored solutions, and managing the sales process from lead generation to closing.

    Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our electrical engineering products and services.
    Identify new sales opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients.
    Collaborate with the engineering team to customize solutions to meet client specifications.
    Provide technical support to clients throughout the sales process, addressing any questions or concerns.
    Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to maximize profitability while meeting customer needs.
    Track sales activities and maintain accurate records using CRM software.
    Stay current on industry trends and competitive offerings to inform sales strategies.
    BTEC or NVQ or a City and Guilds within electrical engineering
    Proven experience in technical sales, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
    Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles and practices.
    Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
    Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
