Salary:
£23,000 - £25,000


Hours:
Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5:30 pm


Duration:
Temporary maternity cover position until February/March 2024


Responsibilities:


  • Generating and dispatching Sales Invoices using QuickBooks Online
  • Aligning received payments and conducting Bank Reconciliation
  • Overseeing Credit Control by issuing statements and pursuing overdue invoices
  • Crafting Quality of Work check forms using MS Word
  • Maintaining and updating the Internal Audit Register in MS Excel
  • Regularly updating Monthly Financial Reports in MS Excel
  • Organising electronic filing into project files from a shared Mailbox

Occasional Responsibilities Include:
  • Managing expenses, including mileage records (MS Excel)
  • Overseeing petty cash and purchase invoice processing (QuickBooks)
  • Handling subcontractor disbursements and payroll journals
  • Managing prepayments, accruals, and fixed assets
  • Updating profit and loss statements
  • Analyzing expenditure, invoicing, and credit card expenses
  • Conducting yearend accounts reconciliation
