    Quality Documentation Engineer

    We are currently working with a nationally recognised Main contracting business who are in need of additional resource in the form of a Quality Documentation Engineer for a major long term project. You'll be ensuring that the site team have the necessary documentation to be able to execute their works packages to the correct specification and within the expected quality and budgetary standards.

    Key duties & Responsibilities:
    • You will be liaising closely with Site & Project Managers, client representatives and consultants and the wider site team to manage and distribute essential project information to include:
    • Collating all documentation required within ITP to enable authorisation to include signed ITP's and creating LTQR Folders to represent each ITP and work package requirements
    • Maintaining progress dates on tracker to reflect receipt of approved / signed ITPs QMPs.
    • Closely liaising with the Site & Project Managers and Site Quality Engineer to ensure visibility of LTQR/ITPs.
    • Organising and communicating with the Quality Manager, and wider site team/stakeholders to ensure progress in good time of ITP and LTQR documentation as reflected by the programme.
    • Providing all records noted to the Quality Site Engineer as necessary
    • In conjunction with Site Quality Engineer, ensuring all LTQR Index documents and all sub-contractor provided documentation is in place with in advance of delivery to site for materials and ongoing provision and sign off as work progress's through to completion.
    • Monitoring work package progress to ensure whole team is aware of up and coming quality documentation requirements in relation to moving on to next stage.
    • Reporting missing documentation or non delivery from sub-contractor document delivery issues to the Site Managers, Project Managers and Quality Manager.
    • Feeding ongoing updates to the weekly Project Team Meeting and Monthly Internal meeting via the Quality Manager.
    Your background:

    It is expected you'll be fully established within this role, with previous, demonstrable experience, ideally gained on MOD or Nuclear projects,
    You'll need excellent knowledge of managing quality documentation for ITP's, LTQR and Quality plans.
    Due to the sensitive nature of the project, you will need to have a full right to work in the UK.
