    A Strategist at Re acts as strategic contributor on client engagements, providing strategic thinking and insights into a brand, their customers, category and culture.

    The role supports the clients leads as well as other team members working on briefs and projects that unlock new customer value for our clients.

    As part of your role, you will take responsibility for coordinating and sharing research across the agency team and group more broadly. Lead key phases of projects where relevant e.g. discovery andbrand strategy phases of work.

    What you'll do:

    STRATEGIC PRODUCT – 85%

    Your role in inspiring and delivering the strategic product; the thinking and its effectiveness

    • Lead and deliver end-to-end brand and experience strategies for clients across variousindustries/sectors working alongside senior leaders of the business

      • Proactively grow your personal T-specialism in order to offer and grow client base

      • Play an active role in helping to shape brilliant strategic solutions - through inspiration, integrationof new and innovative thinking and an ability to bring out the best in creative teams

    PEOPLE – 5%

    The part you play in leading and mentoring the talent within the team, agency and the broadergroup. The role you play in contributing to the team culture.

    • Share your strategic skills, insights and thought-leadership with the wider agency, as part ofinternal learning and development and in an informal nature on your accounts

      • Help the team in inspiring the agency with latest insights, trends and areas of thought-leadership;across company, category, customer, culture and channel insights

      • Contributing in a way that supports an inclusive culture which embraces diversity of thought.

    PARTNERS – 5%

    The role you play in building strong and enduring relationships with our clients and partners inthe M&C Saatchi Group

    • Become a trusted partner to your day-to-day clients and your account management and creativeteams internally

      • Act as the point person for our research and trend tools, building relationships with partners andhelping to keep the team abreast of latest features

    PROFIT – 5%

    Entrepreneurial and commercial thinking. Your accountability for actively helping our agencymake money; organically and through new business and new offerings.

    • Identify opportunities for growth on your accounts and support on new business pitches when required
