Additional Learning Support (ALS) Coordinator

Where you'll work:
Tonbridge, although travel to other sites maybe required on an ad-hoc basis

Your pay:
£25,600 per annum pro rata.

Your hours:37 hours per week, Monday to Friday / 42 weeks per annum

Your employment:
Full Time / Term Time and permanent.

We are currently looking to recruit a highly motivated and energetic ALS Co-ordinator to lead and manage a team of Learning Support Practitioners ensuring effective learning support is in place at the College's Tonbridge campus.

The role will be responsible for planning, implementing, and reviewing in-class support provision for students who have Education Health and Care Plans and those receiving Additional Learning Support.

You will also work as a member of the ALS team delivering high quality support to learners with identified needs and support curriculum staff to effectively embed inclusive learning strategies into their curriculum delivery, to support learners to achieveand progress.
