    Business Analyst, FIS University Program

    We are currently recruiting for Business Analyst to join the Cards and Payments B2K-P1C team at FIS. a 2-year Program suited to entry level joiners who aspire to develop a successful career with a leading fintech company

    Following the Learning week, you will continue your learning journey with your business unit and receive further functional training as you settle into your role.

    The Cards platform provides card issuance and authorisation capabilities to financial entities of various sizes. These are a mixture of Credit, Prepaid and Virtual Cards.
    The Cards team supports and delivers client changes for B2K - P1C hosted platforms in EMEA.

    The production support part of the team works on functional issues for B2K - P1C (EMEA) and provides the resolution or works with other stakeholders to provide the resolution of the issues within SLAs.

    The role of Cards Business System Analysis is to act as the intake funnel for new requirements for change and enhancement to the processing platform and to products and services offered by Cards to its clients.

    The team comprises of Business System Specialists, Business Analysts, Project Managers and System administrators who work with various internal partners and our external vendors and clients to shape the future of the products and services offered as well as ensuring compliance with regulatory directives and card network mandates.

    Analysis of business and client needs documentation of requirements and translation into system requirement specifications.


    • Assesses, applies and projects the impact of system changes on users and internal and external clients or stakeholders.
    • Triage the production issues under B2K-P1C (EMEA)
    • Work with the Service Desk team on client communication for specific cases.
    • Knowledge of financial services industry and an understanding of end-to-end systems development life cycles.
    • Core Business Analysis skills
    • Ability to estimate work effort for project sub-plans or small projects and ensure the project is successfully completed
    • You have a bachelor's degree
    • Ability to build a network and comfortable interacting with a diverse group of stakeholders
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • A keen interest in financial technology - including payments technology and products, with a passion for building further knowledge in this area
