    Reward Analyst


    • Permanent
    • Salary up to £55,000
    • 2 to 3 days a week in the London office

    I have partnered with a UK-based media company who are looking for a Reward Analyst to join the team on a permanent basis.

    You will be supporting the Head of Reward on driving the reward agenda across the organisation.

    This is a great opportunity for reward professionals who are looking to gain exposure to the full spectrum of reward and MI activities.


    About the role:

    • Supporting the Head of Reward to drive the organisation's reward strategy.
    • Support on cyclical reward processes including annual salary and bonus review processes.
    • Assist on the implementation of the career framework project.
    • Benchmarking, job evaluation, salary projections and calculations.
    • Lead on producing People MI data reports.
    • System maintenance of the HRIS (SAGE People) and management of data security.

    About the candidate:

    • Previous experience in a reward role with at least 2 years' annual salary and bonus review experience.
    • Highly analytical with excellent excel skills.
    • Salary benchmarking experience.
    • Prior experience working with HR Systems.
    • Previous experience implementing career frameworks would be beneficial.
