I am recruiting for a temporary Degree Apprenticeship Programme Officer for a University in East London.

This is a full time temporary position.

Job context

As the UK Government doubles down on its commitment to create non-traditional routes into training and employment, this university continues to expand its portfolio of Degree Apprenticeship programmes to help meet the talent, capability and skills needsof industry.

This post will support the development, delivery and monitoring of Degree Apprenticeship programmes within the Faculty of Science and Engineering, working with colleagues across the university and key external stakeholders to ensure our successin this growing market.

Job purpose

The post-holder is a key member of the Professional Services team within the Faculty of Science & Engineering Office with responsibility for co-ordinating effective and efficient support for the administration and delivery of Degree Apprenticeship programmes,conveying a helpful, positive image to all those who deal with or work within the team.

The Degree Apprenticeship Programme Officer will manage quality assurance procedures and module registration, co-ordinate e-learning provision, act as Secretary to theInstitute of Technology's Education Committee(s).
