Job Purpose
The role of Operations Administrator is really important to us.

The main focus of this exciting and challenging role is to manage the Provisioning and delivery of customer orders for Fixed Line, Broadband & IP Phone Systems which is essential for the continued success of our rapidly growing Telecoms Solution.

We would love to welcome you to our Chiswick location for the days you are in the office.


Your responsibilities day to day will be

  • Ensuring all orders are kept fully updated with accurate notes on our CRM system.
  • Accurate and timely processing of customer orders in line with our own SLAs and customer requirements.
  • Efficiently monitor and selfmanage work flows internally and with third parties.
  • Liaise with carriers, networks and suppliers to ensure any delays or issues are quickly identified and resolve.
