    Our client is a well-established construction company that prides itself on delivering high-quality projects within budget and on time.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for cost management, risk assessment, procurement advice, value engineering solutions while providing outstanding customer service.

    Manage project costs from inception through completion.- Prepare tender documents including bills of quantities with the architect or engineer- Analyse costing per item/scope changes during development phase-Support contract negotiations between parties involved (contractors/sub-contractors)-Provide regular updates regarding budgets vs actuals; ensuring overall spend does not exceed forecastsQualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
    • Minimum 5 years experience as a QS working across multiple sectors such as commercial new builds & refurbishments , residential developments etc

    Skills Required:

    • Cost Planning/ Estimating Skills
    • Negotiation skills
    • Good understanding of Building Regulations / Contracts Administration
    • Familiarity with relevant software applications like CostX,Candy Software etc
