- Minimum 5 years experience as a QS working across multiple sectors such as commercial new builds & refurbishments , residential developments etc
- Cost Planning/ Estimating Skills
- Negotiation skills

- Familiarity with relevant software applications like CostX,Candy Software etc

Manage project costs from inception through completion.- Prepare tender documents including bills of quantities with the architect or engineer- Analyse costing per item/scope changes during development phase-Support contract negotiations between parties involved (contractors/sub-contractors)-Provide regular updates regarding budgets vs actuals; ensuring overall spend does not exceed forecastsQualifications:Skills Required:
