We are recruiting to Customer Excellence Manager position within Aspire Housing to lead our Customer Services Team.
The Customer Excellence manager will take responsibility for leading the delivery of an excellent, efficient, and effective customer service maximising self-service and first point contact resolution across multiple service channels.
You will be responsible for bringing Aspire's exciting 'People First' ethos to life by leading and inspiring your team and working closely with other stakeholders.
You'll have experience of:
- Leading a successful and motivated team
- Delivering high quality, People First services
- Developing and sustaining successful relationships with key stakeholders
- Achieving challenging performance targets
- Providing an efficient and integrated customer focused services with a sound knowledge of housing services and contact centre management.
