The Role:
What you will do?
A new opportunity has arisen for those interested in working in Partnership Liaison roles. We are looking for a Partnership Liaison Officer to cover our Kent, Medway and West Essex service areas.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building solid working relationships and partnerships and build a web of influence with key statutory and nonstatutory organisations, including GPs, voluntary sector services and local communities
  • Ensuring patient led programmes and engagement is at the at the forefront of the service, align and develop pathways pre and post treatment within the NHS Talking Therapies service ensuring a holistic approach to care
  • Researching and provide market intelligence
  • Responding rapidly to stakeholder queries and enquiries
  • Reacting and solving any concerns, queries and complaints
  • Keeping stakeholders informed of new service innovations, developments and enhancements


Given the duties above, this hybrid role requires flexibility to travel within the service area of Harlow, Epping Forest, Uttlesford, Dartford, Gravesham, Swanley and Swale as well as home working.


The Partnership Liaison team is crucial to our outreach into communities outside the organisation and activities are focussed on creating partnerships, educating on NHS Talking Therapies services and facilitating referrals.
