International Marketing Manager - Circa 70k + 17% Bonus and Fully Remote Working

We are proud to partner with an award winning, international Beauty & Cosmetics brand who are in search of an International Marketing Manager with experience of managing a small team and leading the marketing across international locations, with a particularfocus on the EMEA Region.

What is expected of you?

Lead the marketing initiatives across the current product range and new product launches, with a particular focus on the UK and EMEA Regions alongside RoW.
Focus on marketing strategies with the MD and execute those alongside the wider marketing team
Aid in the onboarding of new distributors in key global regions alongside working closely with existing partners
Research, select and build relationships with relevant marketing agencies for key product launches across all international regions
Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver regionally led NPD each year through various stage gate processes internally
Drive creative, inspiring and memorable marketing campaigns from initial ideas and concepts, through to high level execution

As a successful, Global SME going through sustained growth it is essential that the International Marketing Manager is a hugely proactive individual who will lead from the front and provide the following experience -

End to End International Marketing experience and leadership across all platforms
Social, Online, Media and 3rd party agency management
Experience working in an international marketing role within the Beauty Product or Cosmetics Industry is a MUST have.
Experience managing and developing a small marketing team by delegating suitable tasks and responsibilities whilst creating comprehensive personal development plans
Ideally you have experience of managing a marketing budget and partnering with suitable external marketing agencies regionally based upon product.
Experience working with and dealing with 3rd party distributors
Superb communication and stakeholder management skills, alongside excellent presentational abilities
Hugely proactive individual, able to think outside the box under pressure
Strong Excel skills
