We are excited to be working with this growing insurance business and recruiting an insurance advisor.


The role will involve:

  • Liaising with customers over the phone, web chat and face to face
  • Building and nurturing relationships
  • Discussing and negotiating insurance policies
  • Resolving queries and complaints, or escalating through the correct channels when required
  • Ensuring customer records are maintained accurately and following all company and industry standards
