    Role: IT Manager

    Location: London

    Salary: up to 67K + Bonus

    I am currently recruiting for an IT Manager to join my client, a luxury watch brand. As IT Manager, you will lead a small team in a fast paced, high growth business. Your department will provide support for all Departments across the business and you will lead on the management of all strategic and tactical projects. Due to the nature of your role, you will be expected to carry out your role on site and travel to other sites as per business needs. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a successful business with a growing infrastructure. Due to the nature of this role, previous experience managing the IT infrastructure across multiple sites is essential and experience within a retail business is desirable.

    Key duties will include not be limited to;

    • Support HQ initiatives to introduce new technologies and business processes.
    • Conduct system audits of technologies implemented
    • Identify and resolve problems related to network infrastructure, hardware components, operating systems.
    • Help to define IT infrastructure strategy architecture and processes
    • Manage local business software and office productivity applications;
    • Analyse business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organisation to develop solutions.
    • Keep local IT documentation updated (IT inventories, charts, contracts, user manual, etc)
    • Keep projects roadmap updated and discuss project priorities with management.
    • Forecast requirements; prepare an annual budget
    • Implement disaster recovery and back-up procedures, information security and control structures.
    • Develop standard operating procedures and best practices, provide written IT policies and procedures
    • Responsible for the ordering, acquisition, inventorying and disposition of

    hardware and software

    • Serve as primary contact with outside vendors in the generation of bids, contracts, agreements, and other major vendor interactions, system operations and maintenance.
    • Maintain the integrity and continued operation of the IT network including the wireless networks in accordance with the guidance of business.
    • Maintain security and privacy of the information systems, communication lines, and equipment.
    • Ensure copyright compliance e.g. software licences.
    • Provide regular reports to local management on IT, Budgets, Inventory control, Licence documentation.
