- Manage HR processes, including recruitment, absence management, and rota scheduling.
- Uphold the principles of the Mental Capacity Act (MCA) and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DOLs).
- Hold a Level 5 NVQ in Health and Social Care or be actively working towards completion.
- Possess a valid driver's licence, enabling flexibility and responsiveness.
- Proven experience in a management or deputy managerial role within the care sector.
- Demonstrable expertise in conducting audits and implementing quality assurance measures.
- Proficiency in staff management, including appraisals, supervision, and HR-related processes.
- Confidence in understanding and applying MCA and DOLs frameworks.
