Delivery Lead

Tasks:

As a Scrum Master, you will be preparing and running Scrum ceremonies
Help guide the team and ensure proper process is followed for promoting code from lower development environments, all the way through to production
Be the conduit between other scrum teams, ensuring dependencies are planned and managed
Estimate new requirements and feeding these into the larger delivery plan to understand the impact
Keep track of release burnups and metrics for defect management and communicating these to senior stakeholders
Helping to prioritise the backlog and resolving blockers for the team

Qualifications:

A minimum
Bachelor's degree (2.1 or higher) is required in IT, Computer Science, or in a Technologyrelated field
Established Delivery Lead with at least 3 years of experience
Experience from consultancy or agency preferred
Excellent verbal and written English skills
Strong interpersonal and communicative skills
Impeccable attention to detail
