Interest from this investmentallows independent spend of up to £45m a year on improving health and care in the UK through a variety of value add grant giving schemes and strategic industry partnerships.

The Role

The finance team has been restructured and expanded to reflect the changing needs of The Health Foundation - a new team for a new strategy.

As Management Accountant and Business Partner, you will work with a small team to implement an effective budgetarycontrol framework for the organisation and embed a quality finance business partner model.

Initially, the role will be responsible for a portfolio of overhead teams, supporting them by providing quality management reports and insights through the developmentof new forecasting models and systems.

You will work with the Head of FP&A to drive a culture of continuous improvement in order to support the organisation achieve its strategic aims.

Qualified accountant with sound academic background and logical career progression.
Prior experience of producing management reports, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
Proven ability to implement change and improvements to budgeting, forecasting and KPI analysis.
A true business partner, with demonstrable ability to build quality working relationships with nonfinance stakeholders.
Comfortable working in an independent and fluid SME organisation going through change.
