The Vice President of Engagement and Learning will provide the vision and strategic leadership to evolve Longwood's educational positioning and offerings to inspire a new generation of learners who value and engage with the power of nature and plants while expanding reach to new, diverse national and global audiences.
A bachelor's degree is required. Additional degrees, certifications, and training are important, but not essential. 10+ years of progressive leadership experience highly preferred. Experience with evolving technologies and the advancements of technological tools and digital delivery channels is required.
