We are looking for an committed, personable and professional individual to join our team as a CBT & EMDR Supervisor.

This is a truly exciting role where you will have the opportunity to make an extremely meaningful difference to our client's lives on a daily basis


Your role will see you offering regular clinical supervision to High Intensity EMDR therapists working in the Xyla Digital Therapies Clinical Network.

You will be involved in the supervision of groups or one to one as required.

Your responsibilities may include but are not limited to...

  • Providing regular EMDR supervision and consultancy to the Clinical Network for all routine EMDR sessions
  • Working autonomously within professional guidelines and exercise responsibility for systematic governance of the clinical service and team, and lead on policy reviews whilst implementing policy changes within the clinical team and network.
  • Supporting the team with data audits of clinical performance
  • Producing and sourcing resources for the Clinical Network to an agreed standard
  • Participating and reflecting on any supervisee complaints as they arise and to act on any advice given in a timely manner

To thrive in this role, you must ideally have

  • A UK recognised EMDR qualification or equivalent
  • A recognised Supervision qualification in EMDR
  • Accreditation with either the BACP or BABCP
  • Experience working with a wide variety of client groups
