An opportunity for an Aluminium Production Welder within a well-established fabrication and sheetmetal company in Nelson, Lancashire

The Company:
Established in 2003, this family run Group employs approximately 35 employees. Their teams provide an all-round design, laser, fold, and fabrication service to a broad customer base.
They are looking for Multiple Aluminium Welders to join a small friendly fabrication team.


Role:
PRODUCTION WELDER * Candidates should ideally have manufacturing and welding experience. * Be physically fit. * Ability to lay out and mark dimensions and reference lines to a high standard. * Ability to work to a production pace within a factory setting. * There may be some JIG work to help improve production efficiency. * Ability to communicate, ask questions and discuss any issues which may cause production delays. * Training on Aluminium will be considered for the right person.
They are looking for a helpful individual with experience in production welding.


Working Hours:
Monday – Thursday 8:00am - 16:30Friday 8:00am – 14:00Overtime Always Available.
Starting Rate £13.50 per hour rising to £14.00once targets are being met. (Usually 1 month)30 Days Leave (+1 After 5 years)Company Overalls/Contributory Pension Scheme/Laundry Service available
