Our client is a fast-growing pension's technology data consultancy that provides market-leading data solutions and technology for the pensions and financial services sectors.

They are now seeking an additional Client Manager to be responsible for a portfolio of clients that can span across three market sectors - Individual Schemes (Public and Private Sector, Third Party Administrators and Retirement & Wealth (i.e. insurer market).

With full responsibility for managing and building client relationships and the development of revenue, this is a varied and evolving position that will see you:

  • Day to day responsibility for client service and development of your portfolio of clients
  • Developing written proposals, leading presentations and providing guidance to clients
  • Working with the commercial team and propositions team to develop new service offering
  • Playing an active and innovative role in developing the client propositions
  • Produce and make available all relevant management information and reporting
  • Ensure effective interaction with operations peers, whilst maintaining welldefined boundaries between client management and operations


Possessing proven client management experience gained within the pensions industry, it is essential that you possess presentation expertise coupled with being able to contribute to proposition development and take ownership for ensuring the business deliverswhat the client is expecting.

Additionally, your experience should also ideally include strong analytical and problem solving skill and a project management mindset.


As mentioned the business offers a fully hybrid working environment, where you only have to be in the office ideally one day a week.

There offices are based in London, Edinburgh, Surrey and Bristol, however the role will require regular travel to clients.
