Be self-motivated and professional in approach with a can-do attitude. Must have in depth experience working within an ISO 9001 or AS9100 quality system. Good understanding of AS9102 F.A.I.R. activities required. Knowledge of PcDmis 2018 software knowledge an advantage.Key Accountabilities/DutiesAssist in the preparation and completion of quality documentationImplement and maintain agreed quality proceduresUnderstand manual inspection techniques and where required be hands onNotify the Line Supervisor of any quality issuesMaintain component traceability systemsCarry out regular in-process and final inspectionsPerform CMM Inspection and produce FAI reportsInspect composite tooling to design dataEnter appropriate records into QA and Production databasesTo support production in meeting delivery targetsSupport of internal/external audits and visits5s and cleanliness of working areasAny other reasonable duties as requiredFully comply with Company Policies including Health and Safety at all times.
