Accounting Supervisor - High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, United Kingdom - Hays Accounts and Finance

Description

A Home developer based in the High Wycombe area; The relevant candidate will work in the office becoming pivotal in producing and implementing controls, being part of acquisitions, commercial activity, variance analysis and statutory reporting.

We're really looking for Good, Management Accountants or Assistant Management Accountants who want to work in a developmental office, supported to finish their Qualifications.

Working closely with the Financial Controller to produce Monthly Management Accounts and reports across the Group
Maintaining the accuracy of balance sheet accounts
Supporting reconciliations including inventory, accruals, prepayments and fixed asset registers for the Group
Support for processing house sales transactions and general ledger journals on the COINS IT system (system training can be provided)
Support the Financial Controller with annual audit preparations and periodic reporting to investors
Training and developing more junior team members of the team
Ad hoc analysis as required by the Senior Finance team and wider business

CIMA / ACCA) with experience in a similar role
A confident IT user with strong Excel skills

Experience of working to tight timescales, in particular month-end reporting in a larger business or Plc environment, would be advantageous.

This role is not hybrid.
