    Ideagen is seeking a highly strategic and dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives, shaping the future of our market presence and driving the achievement of our business objectives. This pivotal role involves close collaboration with the Vice President of Marketing and other department leads to ensure that marketing strategies are seamlessly integrated and fully aligned with the overarching goals of the company.

    Responsibilities

    Strategic Leadership: Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that effectively communicate the company's business activities and enhance its market presence.

    Team Supervision: Manage the marketing department, providing guidance and feedback to marketing professionals to foster an environment of growth and excellence.

    Event and Campaign Management: Generate innovative ideas for promotional events and activities, organising them efficiently. Oversee the planning and execution of campaigns for corporate promotion and new product launches.

    Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor the progress of marketing initiatives and submit detailed performance reports to assess the effectiveness and adapt strategies as necessary.

    Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to stay informed of industry trends and monitor competitor marketing activities.

    Budget Management: Control the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across various projects.

    External Relations: Act as the company's representative with external parties including media, stakeholders, and potential clients, and cultivate strategic partnerships to enhance business growth.

    Skills and Experience

    Proven Leadership: Demonstrable experience in leading a marketing team, with a track record of strategic planning and successful execution of marketing plans.
    - Event and Campaign Expertise: Hands-on experience in organising high-impact promotional events and managing large-scale marketing campaigns.
    - Analytical Skills: Strong capability in performance analysis, market research, and budget management.
    - Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills with an aptitude for building relationships with key external parties and stakeholders.
    - Innovative Thinking: Ability to generate creative ideas for marketing initiatives and translate these ideas into effective strategies.
    - Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the current marketing landscape and competitor activities, with the ability to anticipate market trends and pivot strategies accordingly.
