    Growth Marketing Manager

    Manchester City Centre - hybrid

    £40,000 - £50,000 DOE, + benefits

    Focus 5 Recruitment are looking for an ambitious Marketing Manager to work for a growing Recruitment Business (not us, and yes, we are recruiting for another recruitment agency) with significant growth plans in the UK and US. In this role, they're looking for an innovative Marketing Manager who will embrace new ways and new technology to help the business grow. They have experienced year on year growth over the last 8 years and are on the verge of rolling out a significant project to see them expand further in the UK and significantly in the US.

    They're increasing their marketing efforts are therefore looking for an enthusiastic professional who has both business and marketing experience coupled with the desire to progress to the next level of their career. The Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for the creation and execution of quarterly marketing plans across all business areas. This is a role to create the marketing strategy in line with the business goals and then roll your sleeves up to get it delivered. Innovation, creativity and embracing new technology will be central to success in this role. You will have real examples of how you've used these tools to take a company forward along with new ideas to take them to the next level of success.

    Marketing experience in a recruitment setting is preferred but B2B performance marketing experience will be considered.

    Marketing Manager experience required:

    • Digital marketing strategies including website management, email marketing, content creation, social media, and adherence to SEO principles.
    • Innovation, creativity and use of new technology in marketing.
    • Social media management
    • Event management
    • Ensuring a uniform and consistent brand image across all communications from the company.
    • Providing robust support to the sales team by creating effective materials to help them in their roles.
    • Budget management and ROI reporting including the use of Google Analytics

    Other Skills

    • 3 years+ B2B marketing experience
    • Competent using social media platforms
    • A proven ability to manage and improve ROI on lead generation campaigns
    • Good understanding of CRM systems.
    • High Energy and a natural interest in technology and business
    • Excellent level of computer skills incl Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Highly articulate with excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Self-motivated – track record of high achievement and exceeding goals
    • Marketing or Business graduate with a 2:1 or higher and at least 2 years' experience in business to business role.

    The role encompasses a full mix of marketing activity to include the planning, creation, execution, budget management and reporting of multiple marketing campaigns for different partner clients. Ownership and accountability for all marketing and events will rest on the Marketing Manager's shoulders including working closely with the sales teams to drive pipeline for their clients.
