Top Job Colchester are currently seeking a Sales Administrator to work for their Customer Care Team in Colchester Town.


This role is working as part of the mortgage industry, contacting existing clients who are approaching the end of their mortgage agreement to book in an appointment to renew with a Mortgage Advisor.

To be successful in this role you will need an excellent track record in Customer Services, a fantastic telephone manner and strong administration skills.


Key Accountabilities:


  • Responsibility to ensure your own clients and pipeline are dealt with in an efficient manner.
  • Responsibility to ensure that all processes set out for the team and individuals are followed.
  • To respond quickly and positively to any request from a department or Manager within the business and demonstrate flexibility in approach to work where this is required.

Measures of Performance:


  • Achievement of minimum number of outbound daily calls set out by management.
  • Achievement of minimum number of appointed monthly first appointments set out by management.
  • Achievement of minimum number of appointed monthly second appointments set out by management.
  • Achievement of minimum compliance standards as laid out by the Company, and it's regulators, and Data Protection adherence to.
  • Finalising appointments and administrating paperwork to a high standard
  • Attention to detail in every aspect is vital.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 9am-6pm


Salary:
£22,500 + bonus (£30k OTE)
