- Clinical Education Admin support – processing course requests, managing course equipment stock levels, general admin to support ongoing development of processes.
- Arranging courier dispatch & collections for clinical education & service centre repairs.
- This role also supports our Service Centre - phone and email queries, booking in repairs, and collections.
- Picking and packing of spare parts orders.
- Receiving deliveries for the Stonehouse site and distributing to the relevant department.
- Carries out and is involved in perpetual stock counts and annual stock take.
- Meet Company standards, ethics, and compliance requirements.
- Able to work well within a team and calm under pressure.
- Provide excellent customer service skills.
- PC and excel skills.
- Results orientated and Adaptable/willing to take on new tasks.
