- Proactive communication with customers and sales team via various channels
- Timely resolution of queries
- Maintaining a clean ledger
- Reconciling debtor accounts
- Allocating cash and postings accurately
- Setting up customer accounts, credit checks, and managing credit limits
- Escalating issues to the Finance Director when necessary
- Assisting with cash forecasting, debtor reporting, and audit processes
- Supporting the broader Towelrads Finance team as needed
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Credit Control or Finance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Great Plains, Bistrack, or other Accounting Packages
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the business
- Capacity to prioritize tasks and thrive under pressure
- Methodical approach with keen attention to detail
- Preferred: AAT or ICM certification
- Preferred: Knowledge of the construction industry or distribution businesses

Brickability Group plc is on the lookout for a Credit Controller to join our Finance team at our Bracknell office. As the Credit Controller, you'll be taking care of managing a debtors ledger and cash collection for a business or set of customers within the Brickability group of companies to ensure efficient collections and minimize risks.
