About The Role
We have a new casual opening for an experienced Healthcare Assistant, designated to theatres in our Emerson Green Hospital based in Bristol.
Working as part of a strong team delivering high quality patientcare, you the Healthcare Assistant will be assisting with the effective smooth-running of the unit, placing the patient at the centre of everything we do
Reporting to the Theatre Manager, you will be assisting with clinical and non-clinical activities supporting trained staff in our theatre environments.
As the Healthcare Assistant, you could be expected to assist with supporting patients undergoing local anaesthetic or sedation procedures to taking responsibility for keeping accurate and confidential records either on a paper format on via computer.
You'll be heavily involved in the preparation of the clinical and theatre environments, ensuring all relevant equipment is in situ and ready for use prior to procedure and cleared away / restored where applicable post procedure.
