Sonatec are engaged as the search partner to an international Food & Beverage Services company

Our client is now seeking a Plant Manager for what is an outstanding opportunity located in Buckinghamshire, England.

You will work as part of the Senior Management Team with overall responsibility for Manufacturing activities, creating a safe collaborative working environment, continuously improving the manufacturing facility, whilst ensuring the quality of all manufactured products.

Required experience:

• Degree qualified
• Proven experience in the Food Flavourings industry
• Oversee all aspects of plant operations, including production, quality control, maintenance, and safety
• Ensure all products manufactured meet company quality standards and regulatory requirements
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancements
• Providing leadership and direction to plant staff, fostering a positive work environment
• Understanding customer requirements and ensure the manufacturing plant delivers products that meet or exceed customer expectations
