Customer Service Associate - (Fluent Dutch or German Speaking & Writing)
Location:
London, UKSalary: Up to £40,000Hours: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)*Please note that this vacancy does not offer sponsorship or able to accept candidates on PSW Visa*The Role * Taking, confirming, and inputting customer orders * Liaising with customers * Monitoring customers' orders * Inputting & updating purchase orders/amendments.
* Liaising with closely with Commercial, Supply Chain and Technical departments * Ordering sample shipments to customers * Reviewing and control of stock levels * Requesting stock or inventory from warehouse * Sending price quotes to customer * Login opportunities & quotes on internal system * Product reportsRequirements * Fluent Dutch or German Speaking & Writing * Supply Chain knowledge and experience.
* Good IT Proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word, Navision) * Able to communicate effectively, employing tact and discretion and demonstrating a genuine desire to provide a good service
