    Description
    Prepare surfaces for welding, painting, or coating by grinding, sanding, and cleaning as necessary.
    Inspect workpieces for defects, imperfections, or irregularities, and make adjustments as needed to meet quality standards.
    Collaborate with welders, fabricators, and other tradespeople to coordinate workflow and ensure project deadlines are met.
    Time served grinder either in a shipyard or similar industry
