Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Contract
Stockport
£23 PAYE per hour or £30 Umbrella per hour

We are currently recruiting for an Electrically biased Maintenance Engineer based in Stockport.

This will be working on a contractor basis and the hourly rate will be £23 PAYE per hour or £30 Umbrella per hour, working a 37-hour week on day shift.


Key responsibilities:

  • The primary purpose of this role is to support manufacturing maintenance performance, to improve asset and equipment availability and achieve the required level of performance.
  • The role will involve supporting the adherence to the Maintenance schedule to deliver quality daily maintenance and repair plans, to a high standard.
  • This includes carrying out scheduled, planned, reactive and preventative maintenance activities, that support manufacturing equipment OEE.

Key skills required:

  • Must have experience maintaining production/manufacturing machinery
  • HNC/HND Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with 18th Edition would be advantageous but not essential
  • Knowledge of PLC, Invertors and Drives would be advantageous
