    A Workday Financials Analyst is required to play a key role within a world class international organisation in the ongoing implementation, support and optimisation of Workday Financial Management. This role is offered fully remotely to candidates across UK. Gross annual salary on offer is up to £70,000 with benefits dependant on your location. Candidates must reside in Europe and have existing working status. Sadly, visa support is not offered on this role.

    This leading business has committed heavily to its enterprise applications, including Workday Financials and HCM, that have recently been implemented across the business.

    You'll be a key asset in an international systems team and will liaise with senior stakeholders and finance colleagues. The focus of your role will be to provide support to the business on BAU activities as well as key optimisation projects, perform hands on configuration, participate in BAU activities and to provide effective process design and strategy. You'll be supported by a skilled international Workday team based largely in Germany but spanning several other European locations.

    Senior Workday Financials Analyst – Required Profile:

    • Detailed skills in Workday Financials gained from implementation or in live production
    • Hands on systems configuration of Workday Financials across a range of modules
    • Ability to support and advise Finance and IT Leaders on appropriate business process and service delivery structures
    • Confidence and credibility to act as a trusted Workday Financials specialist interfacing with business leadership
    • Appetite and skills to thrive in a high growth, fast moving organisation
    You'll be a key resource helping the business and its key stakeholders to utilise Workday to its full extent, promoting best practices and ensuring consistent user support and system optimisation.
