We are looking for a dedicated Contracts Assistant to join our talented team at our North office located in Alderley Park (Cheshire), United Kingdom .

    In this role, you will support the EMEA Contracts and Risk function to ensure effective management of contract-related documents and procedures. Additionally, you will provide administration and office management support for the North office.

    What You'll Do

  • Administer and organise contracts and due diligence documents in accordance with departmental procedures, policies, and project-specific requirements.
  • Ensure that once complete, all contract documents are sent/returned within the required timeframes and that all documents have been executed by the proper authorities within the organization
  • Detect and correct potential risks or delays in contract submissions
  • Drafting and updating native word documents
  • Stay up-to-date with organizational changes and coordinate with IPS legal department and senior leadership team as required
  • Maintain an organized system of physical and digital records, monitor and anticipate expiry dates
  • Work with IPS office leads to track and record any facility issues requiring attention
  • Coordinate with Alderley Park landlord team to ensure the smooth running of the IPS North office
  • Activities to assist with planning office events, and client visits

    Qualifications & Requirements

  • BS degree in Business Administration; additional experience in a contracts or legal field would be an advantage.
  • The role requires the discreet handling of confidential information.Experience in managing such information would also be a positive distinction.
  • Proven work experience as a Contract Administrator, Office Manager, or relevant role.
  • Excellent writing skills.
  • Keen attention to detail, with an ability to spot errors.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work with varying seniority levels, including staff, managers, and external partners.

  • The role is office-based.
  • This role may require infrequent limited travel.
  • Physical requirements are light office administrative duties as required.
