What will the role involve?

Assuming full commercial ownership of categories across Indirect spend
Developing and implementing appropriate procurement strategy for each category
Leading strategic supplier relationship management and undertaking performance & contract management with key suppliers
Building and maintaining robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Managing a small Procurement team, including developing, coaching and conducting onetoone appraisals

**Ideal Skills and Experience

Proven procurement experience within Indirects
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong commercial acumen
Honed stakeholder management skills
Experience in managing or coaching others

MCIPS or part CIPS qualification would be preferred
