Urgently required Teaching Assistant

We are currently recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to join an
"Outstanding" Ofsted rated school in Redditch.

Our Client is looking for an ambitious, hardworking and committed teaching assistant to cover a vacant post with the view to start
ASAP.

You must have experience of supporting the primary curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the teacher in implementing lesson plans and educational activities.
Provide oneonone or small group support to students with SEMH needs.
Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Manage and deescalate challenging behaviour effectively.
Foster emotional wellbeing and resilience in students.

Requirements:

Must have experience working with challenging behaviour, ideally in an educational setting.
Resilience and adaptability to thrive in a school environment.
Fulltime availability.
A valid DBS check on the update service or the ability to process one.
Ability to provide references from previous employment.
Available to start immediately

Specific details:

Qualifications Required:
Level 3 or equivalent

Salary:
£23,000 to £26,000 per annum

Hours: 8:20-3:30 Monday to Friday
