Urgently required Teaching AssistantWe are currently recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to join an
"Outstanding" Ofsted rated school in Redditch.
Our Client is looking for an ambitious, hardworking and committed teaching assistant to cover a vacant post with the view to start
ASAP.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the teacher in implementing lesson plans and educational activities.
- Provide oneonone or small group support to students with SEMH needs.
- Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Manage and deescalate challenging behaviour effectively.
- Foster emotional wellbeing and resilience in students.
Requirements:
- Must have experience working with challenging behaviour, ideally in an educational setting.
- Resilience and adaptability to thrive in a school environment.
- Fulltime availability.
- A valid DBS check on the update service or the ability to process one.
- Ability to provide references from previous employment.
- Available to start immediately

Qualifications Required:
Level 3 or equivalent
Salary:
£23,000 to £26,000 per annum
Hours: 8:20-3:30 Monday to Friday
