    Description

    We have a fantastic opportunity for two candidates to experience working for a major brand for a 4 month period. We are recruiting brand promoters on behalf of St-Germain, to drive consumer awareness on the product and St-Germain Spritz serves in London bars and terraces this spring/summer.

    Please see the more detailed job description below and just a few points of difference to note:

    • The activation will begin early June 2024 and will last for 4 months, concluding in September 2024
    • Previous bar and training experience is essential
    • Excellent rate of pay based half/full day rates
    • Working hours can range from 10-20 per week, with regular weekend work being required
    • The role can coincide with current bar positions and is a great introduction into representing a brand

    Objectives :

    Accelerate desire & recruitment

    Make the moment bloom by inspiring consumers how and when to drink St Germain.

    Unlock intentional versatility to target new occasions

    Drive consumer awareness by leveraging The St-Germain Spritz & Hugo Cocktail as a springboard to introduce versatility. Moving consumers from accidental consumption to intentional consumption through education.

    Scale discovery by step-changing availability & visibility

    Creating Brand Advocates through liquid to lips sampling and elevated drinks experiences in the on trade.

    Profile :

    • The St-Germain Specialist is a part-time role, short term contract
    • Has worked in a cocktail bar for 2 years minimum, well connected to the trade and is a lover of the brand
    • Contagious passion & enthusiasm
    • Has a strong social media presence, embodies the brand and is able to educate key trade stakeholders and
    • consumers about St-Germain and its versatility.

    Key missions :

    1) Support, inspire Consumer and build trade loyalty

    • Support influencer accounts by capitalising on current distribution points and drive rate of sale
    • Execute activities that focus on local trade relations to keep St-Germain top of mind
    • Conduct consumer tastings - aim to execute 172 two-hour sampling sessions in 57 London on trade
    • accounts (variable) from 3rd April – 3rd September sampling sessions per venue)
    • 2) Build and cultivate relationships
    • Create and foster relationships with key stakeholders:
    • Sales – List of accounts will be provided with introductions at suitable venues for sampling
    • Customer Marketing Manager – Support coordinating list of accounts from Sales, order Point of Sale
    • Materials / decorations and sample stock for the events
    • Local trade community – Build on any existing relationships and keep in touch with venues post event to
    • track sales and rebook repeat sampling sessions at successful venues
    • Advocacy – Global Brand Ambassador will provide promoter with initial training and activation script, and
    • regularly check in with promoter in the field
    • 3) Education and influence
    • Educate bar staff, consumers and other key stakeholders about all aspects of St-Germain, including: history, process, intrinsics and drink strategy, to convert to become brand advocates and recommend all year round

    4) Reporting

    • Monitor and report on St-Germain competition activities
    • Reporting and admin: Event and training analysis (view KPIs below), expense reports.

    KPIs

    • Nb of Mini Spritz Sampled: Promotors to track every night. Average target 50/sampling session
    • Nb of Spritz Sold : Promoters to ask total bar to extract sales at the end of the activation – Aim to sell 10
    • incremental St Germain serves per session
    • Nb of Trainings: Promoters to liaise with sales team/account managers to organise trainings with bar staff prior
    • to every activation
    • Account Sales Evolution: Track total sales of St Germain in account prior and post activation period in conjunction with Sales team

    • Ability to organise workload independently and effectively
    • Winning attitude / Dynamic
    • Used to being out in the trade
    • Good at building networks/ relationships
    • Great communication skills
    • Passion and expertise of the bar industry
    • English speaker
    • Must have full driving License
    • Must have laptop with access to good internet connection
