- An excellent opportunity has arisen within our company for a Recruitment Co-Ordinator working at our Head Office in Earls Barton_
The Role
Responsibilities / Job Description
- Working closely with the Directors and Senior Management to determine current and future business resourcing requirements.
- Create engaging job adverts and post to relevant websites / marketing platforms.
- Shortlist CV's promptly and conducting interviews (telephone / facetoface).
- Plan, organise and run recruitment events.
- Organise job offers, inductions and New Starter Packs
Desired Skills
- Electrical knowledge beneficial (but not essential)
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
- Goalorientated approach to work
- Problem solving ability
- Able to work to deadlines and targets
- Tenacious, ambitious, and determined
- Basic knowledge of HR (basic employment law knowledge).
The Recruitment Process
An interview will then be conducted at our Head Office, and if successful you will undertake a one day induction.
