The must haves

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

Corporate development experience in relevant space for a tier 1 global TMT business, evidencing strong value creation

Consistent track record of successfully driving M&A transactions and strategic partnerships

Strong understanding of the UK and relevant foreign TMT markets evolution, and expected strategies of major market players and their owners

Strong background of driving corporate development initiatives to closure

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.

Strategic thinker with the ability to find opportunities, solve problems, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent team-working and interpersonal skills, building positive relationships and forming effective project teams across the business and external parties

Corporate development experience in adjacent markets, digital, finance, retail.

Stakeholder collaboration with cross-functional teams to assess potential M&A opportunities and develop strategic recommendations for the executive team.

Financial modelling to evaluate the financial impact of potential transactions and strategic initiatives.

Flexibility to work from the Hammersmith office.
