    The must haves

    In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

  • Corporate development experience in relevant space for a tier 1 global TMT business, evidencing strong value creation
  • Consistent track record of successfully driving M&A transactions and strategic partnerships
  • Strong understanding of the UK and relevant foreign TMT markets evolution, and expected strategies of major market players and their owners
  • Strong background of driving corporate development initiatives to closure
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to find opportunities, solve problems, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

  • Corporate development experience in adjacent markets, digital, finance, retail.
  • Stakeholder collaboration with cross-functional teams to assess potential M&A opportunities and develop strategic recommendations for the executive team.
  • Financial modelling to evaluate the financial impact of potential transactions and strategic initiatives.
  • Flexibility to work from the Hammersmith office.
