Job Title: 1:1 Teaching AssistantLocation: Lincoln, LincolnshireWe are seeking a compassionate and dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant.This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the educational journey of a specific student, providing tailored support to meet their unique learning needs.
Responsibilities: Work closely with an individual student, providing personalized support to enhance their learning experience.Assist in the planning and implementation of lessons, adapting materials and activities to accommodate the student's learning style.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting the student's social and emotional well-being.
Collaborate with the classroom teacher, parents, and other professionals to create a cohesive support system.
Implement and monitor Individual Education Plans (IEPs) to address specific learning goals.
Provide constructive feedback on the student's progress and contribute to regular reviews.
Requirements: Previous experience working as a 1:1 Teaching Assistant is preferred.
Understanding of various learning needs, including but not limited to special educational needs (SEN).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the individual needs of the student.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
