Team Coordinator - Bristol, United Kingdom - Ecosurety
Description
Ecosurety are looking for an accurate, logical, and socially astute person to coordinate our data team, whilst providing administrative support to the Senior Data Project Manager.
The role requires excellent organisational and communication skills.The coordinator will ensure there is a clear overview of the status of work within the team, help implement reporting systems and drive social cohesion in the team during any pressure points.
Strong IT skills in Office 365 will be required, and good Excel skills are essential.An awareness of CRM systems, project management software, SQL and PowerBI would be an advantage when interacting with the team.
Team Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Ensuring consistent use of project management software so administrative tasks and activities are completed
- Liaising with team members to identify blockers or opportunities
- Collecting information and liaising with colleagues to estimate time requirements
- Providing project updates and escalation reporting
- Chairing weekly work scheduling meetings
- Supporting the manager to promote good communication and strong working relationships within the team
- Monitoring work requests within the agreed process
- Effectively communicating progress to internal stakeholders
- Developing work processes and providing training to improve team efficiency
Team Coordinator Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative and coordination role
- Strong analytical, organisation, IT and administrative skills
- Great social and team building skills
- Clarity of language and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Consistent and systematic approach to completing tasks and following procedures
- Ability to lead a meeting and provide training
- Effective communication skills; able to deliver challenging messages when needed
- Able to work collaboratively
- Persistent in problem solving and seeing tasks through to completion

Salary:
£26 - £28k per year
