Trinity House Group are working with a brand leading client to find a Commercial Finance Business Partner to join their team.

This role is reporting directly into the Head of Commercial Finance and has broad expose to senior management.

The Role:

This role is for a driven, ambitious and results driven individual who has a continuous improvement mindset.

You will be required to continue the drive in the business profitability and see what is working and what can be done differently in other aspects.

Provide strong financial analysis and insight to support business decisions across business segments.
Ensure a confident understanding of the performance drivers and help to identify potential revenue growth.
Provide critical information into the commercial finance strategic planning processes and forecasting/budgeting cycles
Assist in the creation of business cases and commercial tenders.
Aid in the development, refine and continuously improve financial information, reporting and planning
Ability to summarise complex problems and communicate key information clearly
Excellent communication and influencing skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Resilient, Selfaware and open to change
Competent in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making
Proven track record of managing and delivering performance excellence
