    Sante is seeking a Full-Time Mobile Crisis Specialist to join our frontline crisis intervention team in Westminster, MD . As a Mobile Crisis Specialist, you will perform assessments and crisis intervention, including de-escalation, crisis planning, implementation, and treatment plans with consumers in the community. This position will consist of day shifts from 9:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday.

    What You'll Do:

    • Effectively communicate clients' needs while making internal agency or community referrals.
    • Serve as a liaison for collaboration with other involved parties, including families, friends, and community partners such as local police and fire departments.
    • Educate individuals about community resources related to mental health, substance abuse, available community resources, and the agency's services.
    • Complete documentation in an accurate and thorough manner.
    • Abide by all federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to confidentiality and protected health information.

    What We Offer:

    • Salary: $74,000 annually.

    What You'll Need:

    • Master's Degree in Social Work or Counseling and at least one (1) year professional experience (experience working within a crisis environment preferred).
    • Must possess and maintain current licensure in the state of Maryland (LMSW, LGPC, LCPC or LCSW-C).
    • Valid driver's license and proof of current automobile insurance.
