Magnus Search in Partnership with North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust are seeking the perfect match for the following position:

ROLE:
Head of Strategic Estates Project Delivery - Band 8c**

LOCATION:
Huntingdon, PE29 6NT

HOURS OF WORK:
Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00

PAY:
AFC Band 8c £58,870 - £69,937/annum

CONTRACT LENGTH:
12 Weeks (Potential to extend)

IMPORTANT:

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the succesful delivery operations of all Trust major Estates capital projects ensuring,the benefits and outcomes of the approved business cases are met.
This role will be responsible for managing the Project Management, Site Management, Project & Contract support and Technical support functions
.
Develop and implement strategies to optimise delivery processes and improve efficiency
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products or services
Monitor delivery performance and address any issues or delays
Train and supervise delivery staff, providing guidance and support as needed
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including tracking information and customer feedback
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify upselling opportunities during deliveries
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards

Qualifications:

-
Proven experience in a comparative NHS role preferably in a fast-paced environment is essential for this role

Strong organisational and leadership skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
-
Proficient in data entry and using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
-
Familiarity with Oracle and ERS or other delivery management systems is a plus
-
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
-
Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
