    What you'll do

    An exciting opportunity to join the Consumer Commercial Finance team. You will be responsible for Value reporting (IBRO & profitability) activities on behalf of all Consumer segments and surfacing key trading insights including channel performances, drivers of ARPU movements, and lots of ad hoc analysis.

    In addition to reporting, the ability to influence and shape decisions is critical in the role, as it has the power to closely influence the near-term commercial decisions made in our trading forums as well as shaping our longer term channel management strategy. This is a key enabler to balancing the focus between volume growth and value accretion.


    • Analyse weekly/monthly trading value performance vs forecasts on a rigorous basis. Business partnering across all consumer functions to understand drivers of trading value performance.

    • Occasionally present trading value performance in trading meetings to CLT members

    • Manage weekly investment forum sessions to discuss business cases

    • Key point of contact with D&A team to help identify and resolve data quality issues.

    • Month end duties: Consolidate CBU customer numbers performance, channel value performance review, prepare KPIs for FP&A, manage the completion of Month-end A&R deck for CFO review

    • Own and manage profitability reporting tools, improvements to the tools and promote adoption of the tools

    • Preparation of monthly Indirect partner bulletins

    • Support on commercial requests and RF modelling
