Salary:
£30,244 - £35,581 depending on skills and experience

As a Workforce and Workload Support, you will be responsible for the production of detailed analytics, data investigation and manipulation to identify and understand underlying issues, trends and root causes.

The role holder will have experience in analysing complex problems and be able to provide recommendations for improvement.

You will have a working knowledge of core systems and the associated reporting tools, able to demonstrate initiative and sound judgement as well as having effective verbal and written communications skills across all levels.


What you'll get to work on

  • Ensuring the team receives the information required to deliver accurate plans and forecasts, which includes updating the actuals in the Business Plans, comparing them against the budget forecasts & creating Monthly Review Packs.
  • Supporting the team in the delivery of high quality and accurate analysis and evaluation.
  • Running system reports, updating the actuals in the Business Plans, comparing them against the budget forecasts & creating Monthly Review Packs.
  • Supporting Trade Union engagement during consultation and review of Work Pattern designs.
  • Ensuring appropriate records are kept of historical performance, business planning forecasts and key decisions.
  • Balancing Work Patterns ensuring that even distribution of hours worked, shifts and standby duties are fair and equitable.
  • Undertaking the end to end process of building, allocating, implementing and reviewing Work Patterns.
  • Supporting creation and delivery of the Network plan and attend engagement meetings required for review and approval of the Network plan.
  • Undertaking a comprehensive range of administrative duties in line with guidelines and procedures.

Who are we looking for

The following skills and experience are required:

  • Competent in the use of Microsoft Office desktop packages
  • Ability to use other core systems (SAP, ClickSoftware)
  • Extracting and presenting information from data bases
  • Demonstrate excellent analytical skills with great attention to detail
