MERJE,West Midlands, England, United Kingdom (Hybrid)Our client, a specialist Wealth Management firm are looking for a Paraplanner to join on a permanent basis.
As Paraplanner you will actively support Wealth Planners by carrying out high quality research on a full range of financial planning products and services including pensions, life insurance, tax planning and investment management to enable the Wealth Planner to provide a full holistic advice service to clients, which delivers good outcomes.
Prepare suitability reports and letters for the Wealth Planners to provide their recommendation based on the knowledge of the client, their documented needs, objectives, risk profile, to support a good client outcome, adapting your approach for clients in vulnerable circumstances.
Undertake technical or any other relevant training to maintain and develop technical knowledgeUndertake and record relevant Continuous Professional Development (CPD) to develop personal knowledge and skills.
Experience in all Financial Planning practices and disciplines including Investments, Pensions and Protection, gaining experience of dealing with more complex areas of financial planning advice.
RQF level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent).Commitment to study towards Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning, with the aim of achieving Chartered Financial Planner status (desirable).
